Fatal error: Class 'OpenID' not found
Detailed Description:
Can someone explain me why do I get this error:

"Fatal error: Class 'OpenID' not found in ..."

I try to move the code before class definition after class, but then the OpenID
is not working ok with Facebook, and not at all for all other OpenIDs.

Is there an easy fix with php config?
I saw somewhere changing allow_call_time_pass_reference to On, but in my case it
was already set...
My hosting php vesion is 5.3.8.
