[#9710] Module prevents the deletion of pages with type "Section Header"

Summary:
Module prevents the deletion of pages with type "Section Header"
Detailed Description:
When Revisions module is installed, pages with the content type "Section Header"
cannot be deleted.

When attempting to delete via the Trash icon the delete fails silently.

When attempting to delete via the checkbox the error message is:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method SectionHeader::get_content_blocks() in
/home/richmond/public_html/modules/Revisions/Revisions.module.php on line 279

Does anyone have any suggested fixes for this issue? We've had to completely
uninstall the module in our client websites due to this bug.

This applies to "Internal Page Link" content as well.
