Detailed Description:
Hi
I have the same issu on severel installations with cmsms 1.11.7 to 1.11.9 with
GBFilePicker 1.3.3
Whether I insert "force_scaling = 'true'" in the template, or set this in the
module-admin, it has no influence on the function of the upload (as editor). Am
I doing something wrong or is this a bug? With CMSMS 1.9.4.3 and 1.3.1
GBFilePicker this works this way.

Is there no solution?
scaling width is displayed in the Admin but the Box Force scaling isn't checked.
Logd in as admin this has to be that way (i guess) logd in as Editor the box
should be checked.

What can i do?
