[#9574] Preview links not working correctly

Preview links not working correctly
Detailed Description:
The "Preview" links seem to show the current state of the page rather than the
state stored in that revision. So if there are a number of different revisions,
clicking any of the Preview links shows the same preview (which is the current
state). The "Compare" links work correctly however.

Also, the Bug Report and Feature Request links in the module Help text point to
the wrong page in the Forge (the ListItExtended module rather than the Revisions
module).
