Detailed Description:
I have been trying to find a nasty bug in a production website. It turned out,
on the initial load of the website, the first page that has the {statistics}
smarty tag on it nothing in the <head></head> loads showing the site plain,
naked, and exposed. This, obviously is not good. As soon as you continue on in
the site or reload the page, all is there.
I have simply taken the module out and have not had anymore issues.
