When Turkish selected for default frontent language, site doesn't show up in any way
Detailed Description:
When I select 'Turkish' as default frontend language, site doesn't show
anything. Just an empty page. And this line is from apache log:

[Fri May 10 15:06:20 2013] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] PHP Fatal error:  Class
'Smarty_Internal_Template' not found in
/var/www/cmsmadesimple/lib/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1235

Selecting another language works.

cmsmadesimple version: 1.11.6 , installed from full package. No language
installation later.

I also have the exact same error when i switch the host to php 5.4.6. Only on
turkish version of the site (using MleCMS to switch but the module is ok. seems
more a core bug)

Any news / solution so far ?
