[#9131] get_root_alias no working properly

Summary:
get_root_alias no working properly
Detailed Description:
After upgrading from 1.6 to 1.6.1 get_root_alias was returning only the
page_alias. Reverted to 1.6 and the same code worked perfectly.

Version 1.11.5 “Puerto Ayora”



get_root_alias returns top menu level alias.

That is - if I have this structure:

English
- Services
-- Development
-- Training
- About

Deutsh
- Dienstleistungen
-- Entwicklung
-- Training
- Über

and top menu level starts from level 2 (Services | About), then in lowest level
page (e.g. Training) get_root_alias returns "Services" instead of English.

In earlier versions of CMSMS was workign well.
