Detailed Description:
I am using Module Generator version 2.3.2 and CMSMS 1.11.4. I have problem
deleting category. It leads to a blank page when I click on the icon.

Same problem for me, even with the last svn 211.

Delete or comment this:

if (!isset($gCms))
    exit;

on modules/ModuleGenerator/ModuleLib/action.admin_deletecategory.php line 2 or 3
