[#8606] field="hr" needs a block for the template to save

field="hr" needs a block for the template to save
Detailed Description:
if you use this as per your help file:
{content_module module="ECB" field="hr" label="Other blocks"} 

you cannot save the template - it will ask for a block name.

If you give it a block name and save the template, I am not seeing any
horizontal rule in the backend.
Im using nclean grey if that makes a difference.
