Submit Cancel Apply button at the bottom don't work.
Detailed Description:
It seems like Submit Cancel Apply button at the bottom don't work when adding
entries from the generated modules.

Sorry, try version 2.2.2 for CMSMS 1.11, its last and official supported.

But 1.11.1 does not have 2.2.2 in the Module Manager, the version available is
2.1 and I tried installing via xml. It gives the following error:

Anyway I fixed it myself by changing the edititem.tpl by including the buttons
within the form.

Yes, but  It don't work with gallery tab.
