[#8344] Detail page link does not work with $config['url_rewriting'] = 'internal'; same problem with 'mod_rewrite'

Detail page link does not work with $config['url_rewriting'] = 'internal'; same problem with 'mod_rewrite'
Detailed Description:
Using ServiceDesk gold, which works fine with url_rewriting set to none, if we
set it to "internal" the detail links for tickets return 404 errors.
