unhandled notification in admin shows no info
Detailed Description:
i get the "red triangle" in admin (when i'm having issues with paypalgateway)
but it doesn't detail what the issue relates to.

I'm also getting the "red triangle" in admin but I'm using version 2.3.9 on
CMSMS 1.11.  I would really like to know what's going on.  It seems that using
IPN doesn't function properly but if disabled and just using PDT, everything
functions as normal.
