Feed extension is ignored
Detailed Description:
The feed extension for both the module settings and the individual feed settings
is ignored in favor of the pretty url extension in the config file.

So, if you have .htm in config.php for pretty urls, your CGFeedmaker feeds end
in .htm instead of .rss or .xml
