[#7249] smarty not work if guestbook's entry changed

Summary:
smarty not work if guestbook's entry changed
Detailed Description:
If I change guestentry, for example, then answer on guest's message  and paste
{mailto address="me@example.com" encode="hex"} it will shown as clear text but
as a link.

I have the guestbook as question-answer list

Then anybody asks some I go to admin panel and modify anybodies entry.

For example some needs email of dean in question, and I try to write {mailto
address="me@example.com" encode="hex"}, but clear text will shown, not smarties
work.

smarty code will not be parsed in frontend and backend maybe i could make a
option for you in setings to make smarty parse the
content of the message field and save the parsed version to the database and not
the smarty statement because it will be a possible
security risc.

would it be okay for you?
