Summary:
When choosing any of the Decision Maker content types, renders a blank screen. CMSMS Version 1.10.1
Detailed Description:
I had to install using the xml file and not via module manager due to the
checksum error.

Then when I add new content and choose the content type, any Decision * option I
choose gives me a blank screen. Means I cant use the module at all.
