[#6984] In admin the module_action_link tag doesn't work

In admin the module_action_link tag doesn't work
Detailed Description:
Hi,

In CMSMS 1.10 Beta4, there are no links to add events or attributes to the
availability module. The templates uses a tag provided by CGSimpleSmarty which
is : module_action_link

In 1.9.x series, it works, but not in the 1.10.x. Maybe the CGSimpleSmarty
module has to be loaded (lazy loading ?) in the backoffice so that the
availability module links works again ?
