[#6809] Does not play well with current versions of dependancies

Summary:
Does not play well with current versions of dependancies
Detailed Description:
Several errors (and I still haven't managed to get it running):

It requires the Products module.
Default reservation template gives errors due to missing count_attributes.
JQueryTools jQuery version no longer supports toJSON() used in
orig_resvn_template.js.

Other than that I can't seem to place a reservation from the front-end.

A temporary fix for this problem is to include
http://jquery-json.googlecode.com/files/jquery.json-2.3.min.js alongside the
other scripts included in the metadata or template.
However, it is not clear (for the average user) so either this code should be
included in the help text or perhaps another JSON function should be used.
