After upgrading to CMSMS 1.10 full, ScriptDeploy still works in front-end, but
admin panel throws a 500 server error.

It is fixed and wil be out shortly.  wasn't quite ready for the release.  tk

Sorry for the delays, I wil try to push up the svn before the release.  I have
been rounding out the media deploy module  and a few other modules that will be
released with this.  Should be in the next day over this weekend.  Again sorry
for the delays.
