Installation failed on v1.9.4.2
Detailed Description:
When installing SEOTools v1.2 on CMSMS v1.9.4.2 the installation fails:

Error Message for SEOTools Module

An error has occured during installation: The database table could not be
created.
--------------------------

Running PHP v5.2.6 on Apache2 with PostgreSQL 8.1.11.

The SEOTools module (v.1.2, at least) includes some MySQL-specific SQL. This can
be generalized, reasonably easily.

Probably not the cause of the reported error, though.
