Summary:
base64='tag' doesn't work
Detailed Description:
The parameter base64='tag' doesn't output the image source as base64 code.  I
just outputs a regular supersizer image with src="path to cached file".

Ha.. you know what.. the cause is thatI didn't publish the verision with the
base64.. and only updated the wiki.. Sorry about that.. let me see what I can do
about getting that out here in th enext day or so.  Cheers -Jeremy
