Detailed Description:
Following Error when trying to click on the Edit Icon or on the CSS filename
itself:

Fatal error: Cannot access parent:: when current class scope has no parent in
/.../cms/modules/ScriptDeploy/lib/class.sdVal.php on line 149

I forgot the last published version had that bug.  It is fixed in the SVN.. I'm
going to be pushing it out in a few weeks..

Till then, just turn off the validation in the validation options.
