CodeMirror disables "Apply" for editing CMSMS templates
Detailed Description:
The CodeMirror jscript is conflicting with Apply button in CMSMS when editing
templates, gcbs and udts.

I can confirm this as well. Just had the same issue and came to report it.

Same issue here, also applies to stylesheets. Works fine if using the "Submit"
button, but no changes are applied when using the "Apply" button.

This is not actually a bug in CodeMirror, but a core-bug which has already been
fixed in 1.10-development, so please stay tuned for that release...

unfortumately, there are still a bug in the 1.10 core... it's fixed for 1.11,
but I doubt a release of 1.10 are made just because of this...
