Summary:
Does not respond to 'event manager' associations
Detailed Description:
I have tried adding Sitemap Made Simple to each the following "event manager"
events individually.

LoginPost
LogoutPost
OnFormBuilderFormDisplay

I've also added it to CTLMM events

_None_ of them trigger a new sitemap.xml


Core and all modules are at the latest version.

Current PHP Version (phpversion):
5.2.14 

Server Software (server_software):
Apache/2.2.17 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.17 OpenSSL/0.9.7a mod_bwlimited/1.4
mod_perl/2.0.4 Perl/v5.8.8

Server Operating System (server_os):

SiteMapMadeSimple only listens to certain events.
