Error after installation
Detailed Description:
I have installed SEOTools once by modulmanager and by hand. I always get this
error message trying to configure the tool. This happens when i click the menue
tab SEO Tools.

Fatal error: Call to a member function fetchRow() on a non-object in
/WWWROOT/178939/htdocs/modules/SEOTools/SEOTools.module.php on line 493

I was unable to re-create this situation with a default install of 1.9.2 and the
modules you listed. As the error occurs on a line where the default CMS database
tables are queried, I suspect that they got modified somehow.

I've got the same Problem and it seems no Database Tables have been created by
SEOTools after intallation. It may have something to do with the fact that I
install from .zip not XML due to restrictions on my server.
