[#5508] Booking spanning 3 months doesnt show on calendar for middle month

Summary:
Booking spanning 3 months doesnt show on calendar for middle month
Detailed Description:
I have created a booking spanning three months, but the booking does not show
anything in the front end calendar (with CGCalendar) for the middle month, and
also doesn't show in the backend. It does, however, say there is a conflict when
you try and rebook. Not sure if this is a bug or something funny I have done.
