[#5459] Keep Losing Templates

Keep Losing Templates
Detailed Description:
Once I create a template for SMS .. .. It all goes well, check to see if the
sitemap has been updated ... All good.

Go back to make changes and the template, along with the sample template (which
I never delete) disappears ...

This happened to me before on 1.8.1 so I upgraded and it's still happening.

Seems to happen when you change the default

I get the same results with:

CMSMS 1.8.2
CGExtensions 1.20
SiteMapMadeSimple 1.2.1

Also after this error begins to occur the sitemap stops automatically updating
the static file.
