[#5270] Show in Menu inactive from Page Default is ignored

Summary:
Show in Menu inactive from Page Default is ignored
Detailed Description:
Don't mistake this report with #4967.

If in Page Defaults "Show in Menu" is not checked(by intention!), and a new page
is switched from Content-Page to Item-Page, the preset is ignored and "Show in
Menu" is active.

Not a big deal but I had to drill the user to pay attention to this and
deactivate it after creating new items.

CMSMS 1.8.1 with Cataloger 0.7.6

Problem narrowed down to file: contenttype.catalogitem.php line 212:
...$this->mShowInMenu?' checked="checked"':''...
is taken without checking the site preferences.
