Summary:
Captha didn't support SSL properly
Detailed Description:
When captcha is added to form on SSL encrypted page it still inserts captcha
image (at least GDCaptcha) via http://.

This might be a feature request, but using http on secured page make connection
"non-secure" (user is warned by browser that connection is not abs. secure).
IMHO this is a bug.
