Summary:
Faulty templates if upgrading old version
Detailed Description:
Updating the CGUserDirectory Module from 1.1.5 to 1.2.1 within Module Manager is
not updating the sample search template.

When i uninstall and make a fresh install, the sample Search template list the
Form Content twice and causes the search tag to fail. Creating a new search
template also list the content twice.
