[#4709] Recuring Events using "Last Saturday of the Month" are assigned wrong date

Recuring Events using "Last Saturday of the Month" are assigned wrong date
Detailed Description:
Thank you for providing this great module! 

I have found that child events that are set to use the Last Saturday of the
Month are being assigned the wrong date.

Example: 
Event starts March 27, set to recur monthly, 1x/month on the Last Saturday of
the month.
On creation or update the children events are being assigned to the second to
the last Sunday of each following month - 4/18, 5/23, 6/20, 8/22 (except for
July, it's event is showing on Sat. 7/31).

This only seems to affect Last Saturday of the Month, other Last Xday of the
Month are working as expected.
