"Last active" date incorrect on summary page
Detailed Description:
{$oneuser.refdate|cms_date_format} (Last active date) returns incorrect date on
the summary page.

Example - user listed in the directory has these dates
Joined: Dec 13, 2009
Last Active: Dec 13, 2009

But on his/her profile (detail page), they show these (correct) dates
Joined: Dec 13, 2009
Last Active: Dec 15, 2009
