Since upgrade to 1.7.1 if a user makes a booking using the reservation form they
can still choose a resource, then select the dates and number of people and
click submit to check availability. However, if the resource is available and
they click 'Add' to confirm there choice the price shows up and the number of
people but the chosen dates in the 'To' and 'From' areas are missing now.

The reservation start date does appear on the confirmation page and in the
confirmation email so it appears to be being passed but just not showing.

It would also be helpful if the confirmation page & email showed the end of
reservation date and time as well as the start.
