Summary:
file extension dissapears when using prefix="1" and prefix_feu="1"
Detailed Description:
When I upload a file and include the parameters:
prefix="1" and prefix_feu="1" as in:

{cms_module module="Uploads" category="cv_werknm" mode="upload"
template="cv_upload" noauthor="1" nocaptcha="1"
file_extensions=".doc,.pdf,.docx" prefix="1" prefix_feu="1"}

The file being uploaded doesnt have a file extension.

Yeah, I see this issue... it's a result of a redesign.
it must've been around for a while though.
