Hi Nuno,

I just installed 1.0.3, and there appears to be no change.  My module call is as
follows:

{cms_module module="Questions" nofilter="yes" pagelimit="5"
no_answer_required="false" sortby="created_desc"}

I have a number of Questions WITH answers, but marked UNAPPROVED, but they still
show up on the frontend.

I also just created a test question WITHOUT an answer and marked UNAPPROVED, and
it also shows up on the frontend.

CMSMS 1.5.2, PHP5.2.6, MySQL5, Linux/Apache2 server.
