Detailed Description:
Using the image_rotator plugin will invalidate XHTML because it gives all of the
rotating images the same ID.

This only happens when the rotator="new" style is used. The old behavior does
work OK.

Both the surrounding DIV and the images all get the same ID, so that gives as
many errors as you have pictures in the rotator.

The 1.7 version is working fine now.
