Unable to delete forms
Detailed Description:
When you try to delete a form you get the following error - it looks like
admin_delete_form.tpl is missing.

Confirming I also get this behaviour (CMSMS 2.2.19 and Smatforms 2.1.0)

Same problem here, also with the "-- Missing Languagestring: confirmdelete --"
notice.
