Summary:
si_convert plugin reports missing src= tag
Detailed Description:
When using {si_convert}{$content}{/si_convert} it's not processing the images,
and the error_log shows:
PHP Notice:  A required parameter was missing or invalid: src in
/path/modules/SmartImage/action.default.php on line 44
The html does have the src parameter.
