Cant add "Validate Captcha"
Detailed Description:
As submitted already here http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/bug/view/12307

It is not possible to add the "Validate Captcha" validation with the standard
dropdown "Add a validation". Only by using "Auto Add Validations" the Validate
Captcha is added to the
validation list.
