Summary:
When I change fielddefs input text value to 0 and save value disappear.
Detailed Description:
1. I add new custom input field e.g. "test"
2. I add new stuff and change the test field to "0" <- Number
3. I click save button
4. Test input value disappear, when I try edit item again
