Summary:
Simple Dropdown Yes / No not reloading with value = 0
Detailed Description:
I have a simple dropdown field with options 

Yes=1
No=0

It does save correctly, but when I edit a data record that was previously saved
as "No" (or 0), it sets the dropdown to "Yes".
