After installation, the module is not found in memory. This is the error message
displayed in the admin log : PHP ERROR: Call to a member function
register_function() on null at
/Applications/MAMP/htdocs/1beta23/assets/modules/CGBetterUploads/CGBetterUploads.module.php::105

Another message is : "PHP ERROR: syntax error, unexpected 'error' (T_STRING) at
/Applications/MAMP/htdocs/1beta23/assets/modules/CGBetterUploads/lib/class.FieldType.php::4"
