[#11930] Content Pages input type only shows pages where 'Wants Children' is true

Content Pages input type only shows pages where 'Wants Children' is true
Detailed Description:
Odd one, but I've just noticed that when using the 'Content Pages' field
definition, the only content pages that are included are those where 'Wants
Children' are checked. Any with it unchecked are excluded from the list.
