Summary:
Custom Field: Dropdown from UDT doesn't let you select a UDT
Detailed Description:
When creating a custom field in the CGCalendar Settings area, choosing the type
"Dropdown from UDT" doesn't appear to let you choose which UDT to use.

Fixed in svn (when editing events in admin, not done for frontend editing)
