Api has to be updated
Detailed Description:
If your a new Cms user, and try to enable this.
You will get a rejected message from facebook.
As API version 2.10 is deprecated-
It only works for people that had an app, when 2.10 was a thing.
Now, they have limited the API version to 3.0

You can no longer use the application if you don't have 2.10, and the correct
URLs set up.
Witch is limited to the module.
And facebook rejects the application.
