Uploading failing when generating thumbnail
Detailed Description:
If using the SWF Upload method, the files appears to upload but show a 'not
found' error message. In the console, it appears that it's failing when
generating the thumbnail.

Showtime2 never used SWF-upload, it uses blueimp jq_upload. In the latest
release 3.6.2 I have upgraded jq_upload to version 9.28.0. Please try this
release and see if the problem is still there.
