Summary:
Access type "Email only" does not check if module CMSMailer is available
Detailed Description:
JM Download Manager does not throw an error to the admin if the module
"CMSMailer" is not installed and he wants to use the feature Access type "Email
only".
Having "CMSMailer" not installed results in an empty page after hitting the
download button of a file that has set the "Email only" option.
It does not even try to output the template beginning with "Here you can request
download by email:".

(In CMSMS 2.x the "CMSMailer" seems to be deprecated, right?)
