Multiple content blocks on a page stops WYSIWYG from showing.
Detailed Description:
I'm actually using v1.0.1 of the plugin from gitHub.

If I add a second content block to a page template the WYSIWYG editor doesn't
display/work correctly, as seen in the following 2 images:

This happens when adding either a standard content block or a text area with
CGContentUtils and content_module method. Doesn't appear to be affected by
moving the block into another tab.
