There is no mention of SiteMapMadeSimple in extensions menu
Detailed Description:
After an update of CMSMS to version 2.0.1.1, I install SiteMapMadeSimple 1.2.8.
His status in module manager is : Installed
Depends on: CGExtensions

CGExtensions 1.49.11 is installed

But I cannot find SiteMapMadeSimple any where in CMSMS menus
