Summary:
Import Items does not recognize CSV headers
Detailed Description:
When using the import items feature, and uploading a CSV, the module was
previously able to recognize column headers and allow mapping of data to those
columns. This worked in LISE 1.0.2 and CMSMS 1.12.1.
