Install Fails using CMSMS 1.11.11
Detailed Description:
Using CMSMS 1.11.11 and PHP 5.3.28
Installation fails using the archived package downloaded from the Forge and via
Module Manager in the Admin Console.

Error log shows the following:

PHP Notice:  Use of undefined constant MOD_FRONTENDUSERS - assumed
'MOD_FRONTENDUSERS' in /public_html/modules/CGFBApp/method.install.php on line

PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function AddPropertyDefn() on a non-object in
